If you call from a phone connected to for example Telia. Telia will charge you their regular tax for a local phone call in Sweden. If you call from abroad your operator will charge you their regular tax for a phone call to Sweden. It works the same for mobile phones.
You can have up to 15 simultaeously users in one call.
